Monitoring EM

Monitoring EM is the first programmable and remotely manageable monitoring system. It continuously monitors the refractometric concentration and pH level of the emulsion, 24/7. The live data collected by Monitoring EM is always available on our dedicated GattiFuture platform, where trends can also be downloaded.

In case of an anomaly, the sensor immediately sends an alert to the customer and to our GFL laboratory and operations center, which will intervene within a few hours to resolve the issue.

All our sensors are produced in-house, branded Gatti Filtrazioni Lubrificanti, and are installed, maintained, and monitored by our qualified personnel.
They are compatible with mineral oils, synthetic oils, and biodegradable fluids.
